Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Tejas Rodeo Company Store! We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at becca@tejasrodeo.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please reach out to us at becca@tejasrodeo.com to get started.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at becca@tejasrodeo.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right!

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
